I recommend starting with 3 to 5 sessions over a three to six month period. Sessions can be scheduled flexibly in response to your needs and goals. Coaching sessions are one hour in duration, and can be held at a suitable office in your workplace or at a suitable public location such as the Hyatt or local cafe, or remotely by online platform or phone.
The cost for each one-hour session is $415 (excluding GST). Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card.
